One of the main benefits of working out from home, in our opinion, is the privacy that you have. You can blast your music as loud as you want, you don't have to worry about other people looking at you and most importantly: you can't compare yourself to anyone else. Your workout is your private time to feel good, get endorphins flowing through your body and do something that's great for your mental and physical health. There is no need to worry about anyone else, this is YOUR time!
